Everything clients usually ask before their first cleaning.
How much does a cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so Veronica starts with a free estimate. Cleanings are priced by the home, not by the hour, and most fall between $180 and $500 depending on the size of the home and what needs to be done.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients share a key or a door code and simply come home to a clean house. Whatever makes you most comfortable works for us.
What about my pets?
We love pets and clean around them thoughtfully. Just let us know about them ahead of time so the visit goes smoothly for everyone, including the animals.
How do I pay?
Venmo, Zelle, check, or Cash App, whichever is easiest for you.
What days do you work?
Monday through Friday. We text you the day before your appointment so you always know when to expect us.
What if I need to cancel?
Plans change, and that's okay. We just ask for more than 72 hours' notice; cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment have a $45 fee.
What if something isn't right?
Tell Veronica directly and she'll make it right. And in the rare case something is bumped or broken, we tell you right away, honesty is the whole point of our name.
